SP4CE portal is the main intellectual project output prepared during realization of the project. Portal is an interactive creativity enhancing site created according to the Open Innovation which hosts Innovation Learning Rooms: online spaces for brainstorming and mind-mapping: generating & publishing ideas and making solutions to the published problems & questions, online collaboration spaces for mentoring and coaching, repository of accepted and/or implemented solutions. Portal is designed to support 3 target groups: students, teachers (mentors) and company staff (coaches). Portal is available in English, Greek, Hungarian, Polish and Slovak languages. Portal use is free of charge, some parts required registration. Portal is available at the address: http://sp4ce.eu/en/

SP4CE pedagogical concept

SP4CE pedagogical concept covers overview of the achievements, results and lessons learnt from the already implemented projects, and the detailed description of the innovative theoretical and pedagogical concept of the SP4CE portal.

Guidelines for consultants

This document is the guideline dedicated to consultants from enterprises who are users of the SP4CE portal. The guidelines are available in English, Greek, Hungarian, Polish and Slovak languages. This is an English version of a report. It contains general information about the SP4CE project, the SP4CE portal idea and functionality, as well as a set of instructions how to use it.  Portal and Learning Rooms usage scenarios approach is used in order to explain how to navigate, how to gather ideas for problems to be solved, how to register as a consultant, how to communicate with students, etc.

The Fifth Working Meeting

The Fifth Working Meeting was held in Gdańsk on 27 April 2017. The SP4CE portal final tests and pilot phase were summarized and final decisions about further utilization of project results were made. Most important issues discussed during meeting were connected with shape of guidelines for all target groups and division of work for the final project months.

Meeting participants also took part in the fourth conference e-Technologies in Engineering Education which took place at Gdańsk University of Technology on April 27-28, 2017. Link to the conference website: http://pg.edu.pl/etee2017/main.

SP4CE workshop Kosice

The event has been organised on 5 May 2017 for three groups of participants.  The participants had a chance to directly work with SP4CE portal and learning rooms which required the direct access to PC. The feedback has been received through discussion with event participants –the project outputs have been evaluated positively and also event has been evaluated as useful and building bridges between universities, students and industry.  The call for further implementation through national funding opportunities has been a expressed.

SP4CE workshop Gdańsk

On 26 April 2017 PRO-MED with PIAP organized SP4CE workshop which was held in premises of Gdansk University of Technology. Over 30 participants from different target groups took part in this event. The participants had a chance to directly work with SP4CE portal and learning rooms which required the direct access to PC. The feedback has been received through dedicated questionnaire and discussion with event participants – the project outputs have been evaluated positively and also event has been evaluated as useful and building bridges between universities, students and industry.
